Creation of a Customer Journey Map of a specialized cheese products online store. With the aim of improving the shopping experience of the users, I have investigated from my own experience, in addition to collecting opinions from users and other secondary sources.

I have sequenced the experience by dividing it into several stages. This sequencing is found in the rows of the Customer Journey Map, which can capture the activities that the user wants to carry out, their objectives and their feelings.
