Hi, I’m Gabriela Baiges, a Senior UX & Interaction Designer designing motion-driven, interactive digital products for SaaS environments.

Based in Bilbao, Spain, I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Basque Country and a Master’s degree in UX Design. My background spans SaaS companies, startups, agencies, TV production, freelancing, and launching my own accessories brand—experiences that sharpened both my craft and my ability to adapt across contexts.

I’m currently working at Aptean, where I design and evolve interactive, conversion-focused digital experiences at scale, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams. My work sits at the intersection of UX strategy, UI systems, interaction patterns, and motion, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and purposeful storytelling.

I’m driven by building experiences that don’t just look good, but work hard—helping users make better decisions while supporting real business outcomes.

Outside of design, sport keeps me grounded. You’ll usually find me trail running, surfing, or happily bruised from playing rugby again.
